Step 1: Click on the “Connect” button to connect the app.

  • Start with a Template

a. Quick Actions: In the Quick Actions section, you will see 2 options.

  • Create Form
  • My Forms

Create New Form: Create your own form in which you can select the desired objects you need, and also select child objects.

My Forms: Click on ‘My Forms’ to go directly to the My Forms page. On this page, you’ll see all the forms that have been created and check their status.

b. Start with a Template:

In the ‘Start with a Template’ section, you will see 3 options:

  • Contact Form
  • Lead Form
  • Account Form

Choose from prebuilt templates – Contact, Lead, or Account, designed for quick setup. These templates come with predefined fields and do not allow selection of additional child objects to streamline the process for standard use cases.

Step 3: Now, click on the ‘My Forms’ tab.

Step 4: Then click on the ‘Create New Form’ Button.

  • Form Name
  • Select Form Type

There are multiple options for Form Builder:

  • Object Fields
  • General Fields

Object Fields: This option helps to drag & drop the object fields. Another option is to make a field required or optional.

Note: You can edit the label of the fields and make a field required or optional.

Add Page: It allows adding multiple pages to the form.

Add Brand Logo: You can upload any brand logo by the ‘Add Brand Logo Here’ option and change the position of the logo (like left, right, center).

Note: Forms Made Easy supports PNG, JPEG, JPG, and GIF images.

Reorder Section: With this option, you can reorder the sections of the same form.

Add section: You can also add multiple sections or fields.

Publish Form: You can publish the form after that form is publicly available. First, tick the checkbox and then add the email address to get every submission of the form.

Note: You can also customize the ‘Thank You & Error Page’ message.

Unpublish Form: Unpublish the form to stop accepting responses.

Preview Form: Preview the form before publishing so that you can see how the form will be displayed to other users.

Edit Form Name: Also, you can edit and rename the form name.

After that, you can publish the form and see ‘Publish Options.’

Publish Options: On this page, you will see 3 options

  • Quick Share
  • Embed

a. Quick Share: In Quick Section, you will get one option.

Share with link: Users can share the public URL of the form. Copy the URL or directly open the form.

b. Embed: You will have 3 options.

  • Embed JS

  • Iframe

  • Source code

Embed JS: You can copy the embed JS script and directly use it in your website.

Iframe: Copy the URL and directly open the forms

Source Code: Here, you can copy the code directly and access the source code of your form.

Note: Until you publish the form, this functionality will not be displayed to the user.

c. Email: The email will work only if the object that has been selected has an email field that you can drag and drop into the form.

In the email feature, you will have 2 options:

  • You can share the form via email to specific or single records.
  • In the second option, you can send bulk email using the list view.

With this Email feature, you have a prefill option.

Prefill option: In the prefill option, when the user opens the form then some details of the user will already be filled (Prefilled).

After that, you can choose the options and click on the next button. Now, you can fill the required field and click on the send button.
